Shipping

All orders will ship for a standard flat rate (dependent on value and size) with Fedex 2-Day or USPS first class or priority shipping within the United States. Orders placed with Tribe Alive should ship within 2 business days and can take anywhere from 5-8 business days to arrive for domestic orders and anywhere from 2-3 weeks for international orders. The United States Postal Service is currently experiencing significant service delays due to the impact of COVID 19 and we anticipate that these delays will continue through the end of the year. Please allow for a 15-20 day shipping window on all orders before assuming your order is lost, as these delays are being reported as common in our area. We understand that these delays are frustrating and appreciate your support and patience in a time when so many factors are out of our control.

Tribe Alive offers free shipping for domestic orders $50+.

We currently offer International Shipping for a standard flat rate (dependent on value, size, and country). When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country, which will be at the expense of the customer. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for your order. Tribe Alive does not take any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of The United States), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If you have any questions regarding our return, exchange, or shipping policies please email info@tribe-alive.com.
